Mission:
The People Experience Team at Qonto exists to provide a unique experience to all of our Qontoers across Europe. We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join the team as an Internal Events Manager.
Impact:
You will work closely with Agathe, Head of Workplace & Internal Events, and join our Event team from all around Europe who are in charge of providing the best experience from workspace conditions to activities and events.
Your future manager:
You will report to Agathe, who brings a wealth of experience in workplace management and internal events. Agathe is known for her supportive leadership style and dedication to team growth and success. You'll also collaborate closely with Paul and Ludovic, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
As a Workplace & Events Manager at Qonto, you will:
- Deliver great activities and events on a weekly basis from finding a provider, communicating about the event and making sure everything goes perfectly on site on the day;
- Participate in monthly activities/events planning;
- Source and deal with vendors, and partners, and track how much we spend against our budget;
- Communicate on dedicated channels about events, activities, and Qonto's life;
- Take part in planning and delivering our big Global Events;
- Improve and find local perks for Qontoers;
- Support the smooth running of our local offices, making sure supplies are topped up, working with our provider WeWork and keeping the fridges stocked with refreshing drinks and snacks.
What you can expect:
- You will work with a passionate & hybrid team of people from our countries, skilled at organizing and creating unique experiences for all Qontoers;
- You will meet on the field local Qontoers and will collaborate with different teams and departments such as People teams, Finance teams, Tech teams, or Founders’ Unit;
- You will use great tools like Notion, Google Suite, and Slack to animate our communities, and build home-made automations;
- You will be able to travel across Europe to support events in other locations and work with your manager and team.
