What you'll do

As part of our team, you will support various projects with creative media design and event management tasks. We are looking for talented students with strong design, project management, and teamwork skills.

Your activities include:

• Supporting the execution of new and innovative customer engagement formats, especially the SAP Pop-Up Campus
• Learning about “Immersive Experience” and being involved in creative content production from technical conception to execution
• Assisting with SAP Pop-Up Campus roadshow tour planning and project management
• Collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally (e.g., Sales, Presales colleagues, Partner Management, Marketing, external agencies)
• Supporting the creation of customer pitches and demos, including designing PowerPoint presentations
• Creating communication assets and videos, and updating our SharePoint site with posts, videos, news, events, and your ideas
• Getting inspired by our storytellers and creating compelling storylines for customers or events
• Being given a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility to develop personally and grow

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business informatics, media informatics, digital media, IT, communication sciences, economics, marketing, or comparable courses of study
• Experience in graphic design and video production, familiar with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both business English and German - spoken and written
• Independent, creative, and well-organized solution-oriented working style
• Communicative team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Openness to new ideas and questioning the status quo
• Experience from previous working student or intern positions, especially in multinational corporations, is a plus

Transformation can be complex for our customers. Our team, the Transformation Advisory Center MEE, supports SAP customers on their journey by making transformation tangible and executable. We redefine the ways we engage with them!

Our vision is to change the perception of SAP through digital and interactive presentation formats and storytelling. We have exciting projects in our portfolio, such as the SAP Pop-Up Campus Roadshow. As a regional team, we support our sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Eastern Europe and work with different customers.
