Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in the automotive sector. As a tech solution provider, we are not the only ones who place high demands on our own sustainability performance - customers and investors are also attaching increasing importance to sustainable business practices. In order to maintain our role as a leading development service provider, we are ambitiously driving forward topics in all ESG areas.

We are therefore looking for a working student to support our sustainability management team in Berlin or Gifhorn at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks:

1. You will be involved in drawing up the sustainability strategy and thus contribute to the company's sustainable orientation.
2. You will support the development of a climate neutrality concept, the implementation of sustainability reporting to the capital market and the preparation of sustainability market studies.
3. You will take responsibility for (sub-)projects in sustainability management.
4. You will research various sustainability topics and prepare the results.
5. You will provide support in day-to-day business and project work.
6. You will gain a comprehensive insight into the organization and processes of sustainability management and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

1. Ongoing studies in the fields of sustainability/environmental sciences, economics, natural sciences, media and communication sciences or a comparable degree program with at least one year of study remaining.
2. Enthusiasm for sustainability.
3. Very good knowledge of German and English.

1. Ideally initial experience in the field of sustainability management.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. Motivation for new challenges.

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
