The Strategy & Operations team is seeking a highly motivated project management student to join our team! If you're currently studying Business Administration, Communication, Design, or a related field (either at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and are passionate about organization and process creation, keep reading. In this role, you'll support a team of Strategists and Project Managers to help achieve our organizational project goals. Interested? We look forward to your application!

How you’ll make an impact:

• Organize and manage 4 company calendars
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex conflicts
• Create and manage Confluence pages
• Execute internal communications for Leads and Talents
• Support operational activities including but not limited to purchasing gifts, making restaurant reservations, and facilitating organizational tasks

Work Schedule:

• 20 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day every day
• Flexible working hours (mornings or afternoons)

What you'll need to thrive:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business Administration, Communication, Design, or a related field
• Effective communication skills in English to ensure transparency and alignment on goals, priorities, and progress
• Expected graduation in 2026 or later
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong analytical thinking – ability to convey information in a systematic and lean manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude – eagerness to learn and take initiative.
