About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student or intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. You will contribute to developing and implementing document templates and standardization processes across our organization.
Gain hands-on experience with various software and applications for project management and execution, enhancing our project management capabilities.
Your contributions will support the development of essential tools, templates, and processes, fostering our culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and refining documentation templates for various PMO processes
- Support the development of standardized procedures for different departments
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand documentation needs
- Research best practices in project management documentation and standardization
- Help maintain and organize existing documentation libraries
- Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials for new templates
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in developing and testing mobile application templates for project monitoring tools
- Help create user-friendly interfaces and workflows for (mobile) project management solutions
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and Independent: Self-starters who can identify opportunities for improvement and take action.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of process mapping and workflow diagrams
- Interest in or experience with project management principles
