The Operations and Risk (MR) unit in our Markets business area is the hub of all operations supporting our Trading and Origination activities, and Asset Management for Europe & US. The department is responsible for all processes and operations in the Back Office Europe & US, Risk Management, New Products & Investment Support, and the Digitalization Office for Trading and Finance. The responsibility of the unit is to ensure accurate and high-quality results in all operational activities to support Statkraft’s growth ambitions. The Product and Implementation department (MRS) owns the New Product Approval & Implementation (NPAI) process, as well as Incident and operational change process.
You would work in the team responsible for defining and rolling out a product management framework through a thorough change and incident management process with the aim to ensure an increase in quality and a reduction in operational risks related to change and running business. The responsibility for actively monitoring as well as proactively identifying operational risks is also part of the department scope along with conventional reactive measures.
