YOUR TEAM

Our "HR Business Partner & HR Operations" team is looking for a working student to support us in operational activities within the employee cycle. We provide strategic support and consulting across all departments on matters related to the employee life cycle and talent management, both in Germany and abroad. Through our agile business partner model, we offer comprehensive support on personnel issues ranging from onboarding and qualification to organizational design and change management. You will get the chance to dive into a variety of projects, tasks while interacting with managers and Caridians across different teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support our daily operational tasks within the complete employee life cycle, from contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding. Participate in team meetings and projects while gaining insights into the activities of HR business management. Prepare presentations and communication templates as well as evaluation of KPIs. Collaborate with HR Business partners on HR projects.

WHO YOU ARE

Enrolled student (or bachelor's graduate starting master's degree program as soon as possible) in the field of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law, or equivalent field. First-hand experience and demonstrated interest within the field of HR. Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications. Fluent in English and German. Good interpersonal skills and a team-player. Organised and proactive.
