About the Role

Our Corporate HR team is responsible for all tasks relating to HR management/support for our corporate functions and employees. We are always on the lookout for the best talent to drive renewable energies forward for a sustainable future. That is why we are looking for you as a Working Student HR Management (m/f/d) in the Corporate Human Resources team in Munich to support us.

What You Will Do

• You actively support HR management and recruiting.
• You create employment references, act on proofs and contracts, as well as associated supplements.
• You will be responsible for creating master data and maintaining new employee profiles in our HR system.
• You create vacancies and the associated job advertisements.
• You are responsible for coordinating and participating in job interviews and act as a contact person for applicants.
• You help with onboarding tasks for our new employees.
• You provide support with employee inquiries and communication with employees and managers.
• You are responsible for your own recruiting positions.
• You research and develop new HR topics and processes together with us and support the creation of process overviews and guides for HR managers and executives.

What You Need to Succeed

• Current studies in economics/social sciences, law, psychology or similar, ideally with a focus on HR management.
• Initial practical experience in HR is an advantage.
• Enjoy working in an international and digital working environment.
• Confident knowledge in dealing with MS Office.
• High level of empathy and willingness to communicate with people at all levels.
• Structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Availability for a working student position of 15.0 - 19.5 hours per week spread over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for at least 5 - 6 months (with option to extend).
