To help us achieve this, we're looking for a student with a proactive attitude and structured work approach to support our Partnerships team by providing first level support to hoteliers. How you'll make an impact:

• Resolve content, inventory, or other customer problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product.
• Handle customer email requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain our hoteliers' satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation in Salesforce of customers' inquiries and issue resolution for future reference.
• Identify issues and collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to resolve requests efficiently.
• Be involved in special projects with impact on the operational effectiveness of the Partnerships team.

What you'll learn:

• Problem-solving skills - by investigating and solving hoteliers' issues.
• Technical knowledge - you will gain technical and industry knowledge to help you resolve the issues at hand.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Fluency in English (our company language) and native-level Italian.
• Willingness to come to campus 2 times per week.
• Availability to work 20h/week.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Be a student enrolled at a university in the Düsseldorf area.
• Be a sociable person with a can-do attitude and service-oriented nature that can work both independently and in a team.

What makes you stand out:

• Previous experience in customer service or comparable positions.
• French language skills.
