Your Tasks

Like many other departments, our Global Legal & Compliance Department is increasingly utilizing technology to increase efficiencies by automating standardized processes and improving the quality of its daily work.

Are you interested in joining our dynamic and ambitious team and supporting us in driving the standardization of our global contract templates and their implementation to our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution within Beiersdorf? Then, we want you on board!

You will support us with:

1. Identifying standardization and harmonization gaps and needs within the global contract landscape
2. Creating surveys for the internal legal community to identify efficiency potentials
3. Standardizing and harmonizing contract clauses as well as contract templates on a global scale
4. Designing contract templates in a consistent and modern way
5. Implementing contract templates to the CLM to enhance automated contract creation

Your Profile

1. Student, preferably studying law
2. Enrolled during the entire working student period
3. Strong digital and creative mindset
4. Tech-savvy
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Word)
6. Very good communication skills
7. Digital native or enthusiast
8. Good project management skills
9. Very good written and spoken English skills
