In our Inside Sales department, you will support the sales team by performing precise data analyses, creating reports and automating processes. You will work with tools such as Excel and VBA to make sales processes more efficient and ensure the quality of the data. If you like working with numbers and want to gain a practical insight into sales, this is the right place for you.

Your Tasks:

1. You analyze, document and continuously optimize existing sales processes in terms of user-friendliness and handling.
2. You monitor and maintain reporting tools to ensure data quality in sales processes.
3. You automate and link Excel data and their evaluations using VBA programming.
4. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports and evaluations.
5. You support the optimization and maintenance of documentation processes.
6. You will be involved in self-assessment in the internal control system and in carrying out control activities in accordance with quality management requirements.
7. You will support the administration and processing of customer portal registrations.

Necessary Skills:

1. Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
2. Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Experience in working with CRM systems, SAP and VBA programming.
4. Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a customer-oriented demeanor.
5. Good written and spoken German and English skills.

Desired Skills:

1. Basic knowledge of quality management desirable.
2. High affinity for numbers, ideally practical experience in the field of data analysis and preparation.
3. Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as excellent team and communication skills.

Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17,52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18,10.
