As a Working Student in the Business and Process Improvement Team, you will assist with workshop planning with various topics and follow-up documentation and help maintain our PowerApps knowledge platform, manage SQL database workflows. You’ll also support lessons learned processes, create briefing materials, and conduct research on collaboration tools. This role is preferably based in Freiburg or Munich.
Workshop Support: You will assist in planning and preparing workshops, including timelines, presentation preparation (Mural or Power Point), participant check-ins, and managing content such as breaks and topics. After workshops, summarize key points and define and track the progress of follow-ups.
Data and Process Management: You will help maintain our knowledge Platform hosted on PowerApps, including feedback tracking, data entry for workflows and Data Management on SQL Databases.
Lessons Learned Documentation: You will organize and support post-workshop processes such as creating one-pagers for briefings and editing materials based on lessons learned.
General Research: You will conduct research on collaboration tools and support project tasks as needed.
You are an enrolled student in a technical or economic degree program and ideally already have some background in renewable energies.
You are looking to work with us for at least 16 hours per week and plan to do so for at least 8 months, or preferably longer.

You stand out for your analytical thinking.
You are communicative and a team player.
You are enthusiastic about learning about project processes and new things in general.
You have a strong knowledge of Renewable Energy and/or Facilitating workshops.
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
You have knowledge of SQL.
You have experience or interest in Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
