The role

We are evolving our Workforce Staffing team and have established an international team to focus on the management of contingent labour suppliers across our DC Network - the successful applicant in this role will join at an exciting time for our DACH Region, seeing the continued growth of one of the network’s largest and most automated centres. The successful candidate will coordinate, onboard, and manage new ways of working and play an important part in our success of the WFS function, whilst providing customer service to our candidates and ensuring we get things right the first time. This role will be instrumental in supporting Workforce Staffing and our Agency Partners in delivering a great candidate experience ensuring all steps of the process are followed and met in a timely manner.

What you'll do

1. Ensuring accurate delivery of workers requested weekly
2. Management of onsite Agency Partner relationships and escalations
3. Accurate and timely reporting of risk, fulfilment, and outlooks with management insights
4. Data management, including payrolling tasks for contingent workers
5. Stakeholder management at a variety of levels to ‘Head of’ level
6. Produce and manage recruitment hiring campaigns for contingent labour suppliers in times of peak demand

Who you are

1. Ideally a background in Agency Staffing, People Management, or Sales/Negotiations
2. Competent user of computer systems, keen to learn new systems
3. Data driven and detail centric
4. Organised and self motivated
5. A great communicator, unafraid of having challenging conversations
