Workday HCM Specialist - Global Workday Client

As a Workday Specialist, you will support and report to the HRIS Manager on enhancement projects and new implementations. You'll work within a growing Workday team, in collaboration with an implementation Partner, providing operational support to enhance existing modules. You’ll be the main point of contact to ensure the smooth improvement of multiple Workday modules, with new implementations scheduled for 2025.

The Client is open to candidates at different levels of experience and is happy to provide training where required.

This role is offered with a base salary of up to €75,000, plus benefits, and a flexible hybrid working pattern, preferably with 2 days each week working from home.

Workday Specialist – Amsterdam area – Required Profile

• Hands-on configuration experience with Core HCM, plus expertise in either Recruiting, Core Compensation, Talent & Performance, or Learning
• Configuration knowledge of Advanced Compensation or Peakon is highly beneficial
• Experience with Workday Reporting and EIBs is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of Workday Integrations is a plus
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage Stakeholders and participate in Change Management projects
• Fluency in English is a requirement
• Ideally based in the Amsterdam area, but candidates from Belgium and Germany are also welcome to apply!
