Your profile

  • You are enrolled at a college or university.
  • You are studying business administration, marketing, communications, business informatics, business psychology, psychology or another subject with a strong interest in IT sales.
  • You have already completed your Bachelor's degree and are currently studying for your Master's degree.
  • You are well organised and structured.
  • You have a professional appearance.

About this role

To support our growing and highly motivated team, we are looking for you to support our Head of Business Development and our management in the area of Sales.

As a working student in Sales, you will play a central role in the sales pipeline and have a wide variety of different tasks that contribute to this. You will focus on generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers.

You will create content for initial contact with potential customers, optimise existing outreach processes and create new ones to best engage customers.
You will be responsible for creating and managing leads in our CRM and marketing systems. This will not only provide you with insights, but you will also gain hands-on practical experience in the areas of software sales, key account management, business development, marketing and organisation with a great deal of creative freedom.


Your skills

  • You write and speak German fluently.
  • You write and speak English fluently.
  • You use Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams absolutely confidently.
  • And maybe you already know LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot or Salesforce.

Your mission

  • You will familiarise yourself with our range of services and our spectrum of technology partners (product portfolio) and complete initial training as part of the onboarding process.
  • You will identify relevant companies in the DACH region as potential customers based on predefined criteria such as company profile, size, turnover and industry in order to expand our business.
  • You research suitable contacts in the target companies via LinkedIn, websites and other sources.
  • You analyse the customer requirements of these companies and their existing software solutions.
  • You contact potential customers via LinkedIn and email, provide our marketing and sales documents if they are interested and coordinate initial meetings.
  • You maintain contact with potential customers through regular follow-ups and follow-up activities.
  • You conduct initial meetings, qualify leads (budget, decision-makers, requirements, timeline) and forward promising customers.
  • You support the preparation of offers for software, implementation and consulting services.
  • You take on the initial communication with potential customers and are their first point of contact.
