Job Description:

As Working Student in IT Portfolio Operations, you will be part of our global, diverse IT organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our IT Team, where you will be responsible for portfolio and project reporting and resource management, within a virtual setup. You will be a key team player in creating transparency in portfolio financials, project health status and resource utilization, by designing, organizing, executing, and testing technology-based processes. After an initial training phase where you will learn to know the portfolio management processes and related reporting and analytics, you will work independently on your tasks by leveraging your analytical skills and proactive and collaborative mindset. Clear and concise communication and the ability to build and maintain stable and constructive relationships will be key for success. You will also help us with developing a plan for further process improvements and change needs.

Who you are:

1. Bachelor’s degree or student with valid enrolment at a German university and relevant work permit.
2. Experience in reporting & analytics tools, in particular PowerBI.
3. Advanced experience with MS Office (esp. Excel).
4. Experience with modern communication and collaboration platforms (Office365, SharePoint).
5. Basic IT knowledge.
6. First experience in PMO, project portfolio, project management or project support activities is a plus.
7. Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
8. Willing to work/Experience with Finance and/or Procurement data sets and processes.
9. Customer-oriented, collaborative, pragmatic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and tech-savvy mindset.
10. Can-do attitude and excellent presentation & intercultural skills.
11. Very good organizational skills and result orientation, persistent on collecting input.
