Deine Aufgaben:

• Administrative Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Trainings & Events
• Kommunikation mit Teilnehmenden und Trainer:innen
• Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Planung von Talent- & Führungskräfte-Entwicklungsprogrammen
• Erstellung von One-Pagern zu unseren Personalentwicklungs-Instrumenten
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Trainings-Präsentationen
• Pflege von Datenbanken und Schulungsmanagement-Systemen
• Verwaltung von Schulungsmaterialien und -ressourcen

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Pädagogik, Personalmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
• Spaß an Weiterentwicklung und Lernen
• Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
