The developers in our team work in a highly agile development environment and are responsible for the entire software development lifecycle - from the design and implementation of new product features to testing for industry-leading quality assurance and continuous product delivery.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Back-End Developer for Linux on IBM Z you will be part of a team that drives technical innovation on the IBM zSystems platform. In this role, you will be critical for the market success by ensuring that the code quality drives excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for in-depth testing of Linux Distributions in combination with the newest IBM Z systems hardware in several combinations. You will be part of an experienced team of software developers and testers, working around creation of open source and Linux kernel code. This includes planning, maintaining and executing automated integration and regression tests (test models and test cases).
