MAIN DUTIES

1. Follow project-specific guidelines to assess and contrast two replies given by a retail assistant in response to a particular customer question.
2. Evaluate the responses based on parameters like safety, pertinence, usefulness, and alignment with the virtual assistant's tone and style.
3. Choose the most appropriate response or determine if both are unsatisfactory.

Duration : Ongoing

Schedule : Minimum of 1 hour / day, Maximum 4 hours / day - 3 days a week. You won't work during weekends.

This is a freelance opportunity; the workload is based on project needs. Weekly hours may vary.

Requirements

1. Fully proficient in German
2. You can dedicate a minimum of 6 hours per week to the project
3. Linguistic competency in the target language equal to ILR Level 5 or CEF C2
4. Advanced competency in English to follow instructions and communicate with our team
5. Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Preferably previous experience in the e-commerce field
7. Ability to perform sufficient research within allocated time, working within short throughputs
8. Reliable computer system and internet connection
9. Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
10. Must pass training and a required quality test before starting work
