Website & Content Assistant (Freelance Contractor f / m / x)

Your mission

Support our App & Website and Marketing teams as freelance contractors (20h/week) starting July 1st. This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for an established freelancer.

Important: While this is a 20-hour-per-week agreement, daily availability (Monday- Friday) is required to address urgent fixes and updates when needed.

1. Course & Platform Content Management:
   
   • Build, structure and edit online courses in WordPress
   • Review course content for quality and consistency
   • Prepare course materials (subtitles, translations, course structure)
   • Create and publish updates for customers via Announcekit
2. Website & Marketing Support:
   
   • Build and update landing pages in Webflow & WordPress based on marketing briefs and design guidelines with the help of templates
   • Implement and test responsive designs that work across all devices
   • Set up and manage email campaigns and automations in ActiveCampaign
3. Translation Coordination:
   
   • Prepare content for translation into 4 different languages (English, German, French, Spanish)
   • Coordinate tasks with translators

Your profile

1. Experience with WordPress & Webflow content management
2. Basic experience with email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign preferred)
3. Fluent in English (German, Spanish and/or French a plus)
4. Proficient with task management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
5. Experience with Figma for wireframing sales pages.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills
7. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
8. Based in Europe
9. Must be an established freelancer with:
1. Business registration and ability to issue invoices
2. Proven track record of reliable, long-term client relationships
3. Consistent availability during European business hours
4. Stable internet connection and appropriate work environment
