The Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to drive efficiency in our supply chain, oversee warehouse operations, and implement strategic logistics improvements. This role is responsible for optimizing material flow, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, production, and distribution.

With a hands-on approach and strategic mindset, you will lead logistics automation, cost reduction initiatives, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations, creating a foundation for seamless and scalable business operations.

• Oversee storage, inventory tracking, and material flow to ensure smooth warehouse operations and cost-efficient stock management
• Optimize logistics workflows, supplier coordination, and transport routes to enhance delivery efficiency
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality compliance and driving procurement improvements
• Manage goods receipt and inspection, implementing quality control processes, stock reconciliation, and automated tracking systems
• Develop and execute cost-effective transportation and distribution strategies, optimizing carrier selection and shipment planning
• Leverage automation technologies, real-time tracking, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations while driving sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to align logistics operations with business needs and drive continuous process improvements

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry
• Strong expertise in logistics process optimization, inventory control, and supplier quality management
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with a track record in process automation, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies
• Hands-on experience with logistics automation technologies, such as real-time tracking, barcode scanning, and digital inventory management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement data-driven improvements
• Knowledge of Just-in-Time (JIT) and Lean inventory management strategies is a plus
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• On-site presence in Aachen required to oversee warehouse and logistics operations
