You are required to do Drug Screening onsite.

Responsibilities

  1. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  3. Clear and effective communication skills in English including active listening and conversational skills.
  4. Balanced in terms of delivering utmost quality customer experience and possessing good negotiation skills.
  5. Computer proficiency skills with a minimum 30 WPM typing speed.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 3 CXC subjects including English is required with a minimum of 6 months call center experience.
  2. No CXC, a minimum of 6 months - 1 year Call Center experience is needed in customer service Voice.
  3. Candidate must be computer literate.
  4. Candidates must possess a Valid ID, TRN, and NIS.
  5. Candidate must be 18 years or older to be considered.
  6. Flexible to work any assigned shift any day of the week including weekends and public holidays.
  7. HEART/NTA Customer Service Certificate is accepted.
  8. Problem solving skills - ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
