W2 PROFESSORSHIP (M/F/X)
Business Administration, specializing in Business Psychology
(with a focus on Quantitative Methods)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will teach and conduct research in the field of business psychology and quantitative methods.
• Ideally, you will also cover foundational courses in business administration.
• You have the flexibility to offer additional courses in your areas of expertise, upon agreement.
• Your courses will be delivered in English.
• You will play an active role in managing and developing study programs at ESB Business School and contribute to expanding our corporate and research network.
• You will provide dedicated, individual support to students and maintain a strong presence on campus.
• Through high-quality publications and externally funded projects, you will help strengthen the faculty’s reputation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• A completed university degree and a PhD, ideally in Psychology or Business Psychology.
• In-depth knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistics, and empirical social research, ideally including experimental methods.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience, of which at least three years must have been gained outside of academia. Leadership experience is preferable.
• The ability to deliver clear, practice-oriented teaching to an international student body.
• Strong commitment and willingness to take on responsibilities in university governance.
• Intercultural competence and the ability to teach courses in English.
• Publications in relevant academic journals and, ideally, experience with externally funded research projects.
