Your mission at Complori

• Talent Acquisition: You own the talent acquisition funnel, ensuring high quality candidates and work hand in hand with the respective hiring managers
• HR Strategy: You develop and implement the HR Strategy (incl. HR processes and salary & appraisal systems)
• Sparring Partner: You support and consult the management and founding team on all HR relevant topics
• HR Operations: You execute the day-to-day hands-on HR topics

We are a perfect fit if...

• You are an experienced HR leader excited about driving progress in a part-time (~20h/week) role
• You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a VC backed company.
• You had ownership over scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
• You are a HR generalist with a strong background in talent acquisition.
• You love switching between strategic and hands-on work, driving HR topics independently.
• In-depth understanding of legal frameworks in the HR field, especially in Germany.
• You speak German at C2 level (necessary to communicate with HR stakeholders like legal counsel, payroll accountant etc.).
• You are based in Berlin and excited to spend ~60% of your working time on site in our office in Charlottenburg.

How to become part of the Complori team

Our interview process is not too different from what you might’ve seen in other places. For most roles, the process looks like this:

1. We are excited to receive your application with your CV. After our review, we will get in touch with you to schedule a 30-minute interview.
2. In the next step, we will spend more time with each other to get to know if we could be a potential match. During this step you usually get to know your potential future manager.
3. We want to understand the depth of your expertise and experience. Based on your domain and seniority, we will have a technical interview. This could be a coding challenge, a design task, a case study or walking us through a project that you successfully completed at your previous job.
4. Before our final decision, we want to talk to references of yours. We will reach out during the process to you to name these references.
5. We will get back to you after a couple of days with our decision, and you are all set to become part of the Complori team!
6. Your team will be excited to onboard you thoroughly, and you will be meeting everyone at Complori.

For tech roles, the process looks more like this:

1. 30-minute interview to get to know each other
2. Take-home coding exercise inspired by previous real challenges engineering team solves on a daily basis
3. Technical design interview
4. Meeting with the team and reference check
