About the VIE

The VIE, International Voluntary Abroad, is a French international corporate placement program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. What you will do

At Renault Trucks Germany you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. The Marketing team is recruiting a VIE Marketing Assistant, for a 12 months contract in Ismaning.

You will be a member of the country marketing team and responsible for:

1. Supporting the implementation of the Renault Trucks marketing and communication strategy and ensuring a consistent brand presence
2. Independently organize and execute innovative events
3. Support in the creation of retail materials (print/digital)
4. Support in Partner & Customer Relationship Marketing (creation and distribution of mailings and newsletters)
5. Close cooperation with relevant departments at the European headquarters as well as with the German sales and product management departments
6. Cooperation with agencies and external service providers

Who are you?

1. Interest in the commercial vehicle industry and mobility concepts of the future
2. Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing or communications or comparable degree
3. Initial work experience as an intern or student worker in a marketing department or an agency
4. Confident knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), knowledge of layout programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
5. Customer-oriented and disruptive mindset; strong team player, proactive and reliable
6. Very good communication skills and a good sense for text & layout
7. Independent and organized way of working
8. German as mother tongue or fluent in spoken and written, very good English skills
9. Driving license
