As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in the delivery of the Connected Intelligence Engineering team support, necessary for CI success. In a fast-changing, digital, service environment, you contribute to finding innovative solutions. To be successful, you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Use your strong analytical skills and capacity to summarize to support business understanding of complex inputs.
- Act as the catalyst in drumbeating the team in the implementation of overall strategy, improvement, and transformation.
- Support Connected Intelligence Engineering ambition by ensuring team inputs are delivered OQOT.
- Drive performance improvement of the Engineering team at large (budget, team dynamics, team collaboration, performance dashboard, team duties).
- Be actively involved in the transformation of Connected Intelligence business.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The job holder in the role of the Executive Assistant is responsible for:
- Supporting the Executive in his day-to-day activities, anticipating needs and preparing scenarios, decision-making or presentations material accordingly.
- Managing schedules and calendar alignment in close coordination with the Personal Assistant.
- Influencing key stakeholders and fostering relationships to deliver reliably.
- Managing the coordination of cross-functional and transnational interfaces, being able to manage a broad network at all hierarchical levels to collect views from a bottom-up approach.
- Animating and facilitating key team meetings and events.
- Identifying customer value, business needs, and improvement opportunities.
- Leading specific action plans/projects and supporting the N-1 management team.
- Consolidating inputs and monitoring the Connected Intelligence Dashboard and related corrective action plans.
- Developing materials (Slides, Excel tabs, notes) for all Executive meetings and divisional campaigns.
- Being actively involved in the management of the Connected Intelligence team (budget definition).
Qualifications/Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Willingness to develop strong business understanding of the variety of the Connected Intelligence program line’s activities.
- Data-oriented, structured mindset, and affinity with data and network digital solutions.
- Proactive, able to adapt to fast-changing business needs.
- Hands-on and focused on solutions.
- Capacity to build trust, influence, and negotiate.
- Ability to create relationships with people, communicate efficiently, and manage conflicts.
- Ability to operate autonomously and accountably, taking decisions as required.
- Open and willing to work in all kinds of environments.
- Fluent in English with experience of working across multiple countries and cultures; German and French would be a plus.
