VP / Senior Director – Automotive Software Sales (ADAS / SDV)

Location: France or Germany (Hybrid)

A global leader in automotive innovation is seeking a dynamic VP or Senior Director to drive commercial growth across its ADAS and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform portfolio. This is a role with a technical focus, understanding of ADAS, SaaS and SAAP is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategy for embedded and cloud-based software solutions
• Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers
• Drive commercialisation of AI-enabled ADAS and connected vehicle software
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in software or SaaS sales in automotive or mobility tech
• Deep understanding of ADAS, SDV, or vehicle software architecture
• Experience leading multi-regional teams and engaging with global OEMs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and execution
