The mission of this key role within the division is to drive the IS/IT development and to secure the Global alignment in the most efficient way, with focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. A close collaboration with the Vice President IS/IT of Power Technique Business Area will support to benefit synergies in the Business Area and with Group initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the division in developing a divisional IT systems target picture and roadmap with focus on simplification and process automation
- Vice President Operations as owner of Product Company IT landscape
- Vice President Marketing as owner of Customer centers and Marketing IT landscape
- Develop an IT system integration strategy for newly acquired companies, as well for customer centers as product companies.
- Drive the endorsed roadmap further by delivering aligned projects.
- Co-ordinate IS/IT initiatives and lead the Divisional IS/IT teams.
- Build a global support for Industrial Flow specific applications balancing internal knowledge with outsourced services.
- Harvest on Business Area IT and Group IT existing structures where possible.
- Actively represent the division in steercos and similar governance bodies related to IS/IT.
- Secure cost efficiency in the IS/IT activities of the Division by managing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Manage and lead activities to identify, develop and implement IS/IT driven opportunities for improvements and innovation.
- Actively participate in acquisition processes, in the due diligence and in the integration, via follow-up meetings and steerco's
- DD and IT part of the integration coordinated by PT-IT.
- Ensure Business Area integration strategy and Divisional (application) strategy is taken into account.
- Ensure compliancy with group IT security policies is implemented as soon as possible.
- As the division only exists out of acquired companies and many acquisitions to follow, experience in integrating companies in the group is an asset.
- Proactively look for synergies between division and Business Areas IT.
- Maximize use of Business Area common systems and services where relevant.
- Build a strong collaboration with Business Area Security Officer (BASO) to ensure global compliance and incident handling.
- Harvest on Business Area architecture and infrastructure competence to maximize synergies.
- Assess impact and opportunities of Business Area IT and Group IT ambitions.
- Sharing expertise and technology through knowledge transfer of concepts and methodology.
Key stakeholders for this position are divisional management, Divisional President, BA Vice President IS/IT and BA Vice President Business Control.

- Ability to build trust and gain support for your ideas across stakeholders through focusing on long-term sustainable relationships with internal customers.
- Proven track record of building wide and effective networks both inside and outside an organization where your communication has been a competitive asset.
- Previous experience of working in an intense development environment where it has been of importance to cope with pressure and setbacks.
- Solid interest, track record and knowledge in the IS/IT area and strong affinity.
- The position is broad and demands both a strategic and a visionary approach from a business-minded individual.
- Language requirement is English. Excellent command is critical.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent by experience. A Master degree is a plus.
