Vessel Operations Manager

Helm Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a thriving shipping company to hire a Vessel Operator/Operations Manager for their well-established office in Germany, in either Bremen or Leer.

The role involves daily coordination with vessels and crews to ensure seamless operations, optimising voyage planning for profitability, and verifying all necessary documentation. Experience with Laytime/Demurrage calculations and bunker procurement is advantageous.

This is a great opportunity for a Vessel Operator to join a dynamic and expanding shipping business with a diverse fleet. Candidates should ideally have experience of operating dry bulk or MPP vessels.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
