Your responsibilities

You work in an exciting and international environment and personally contribute to the success of the company. You can expect challenging tasks and projects, such as:

1. Establishing and maintaining an internal company network for identifying and prioritizing strategic innovation projects.
2. Managing strategic innovation projects in the areas of product innovation, production technologies, and (digital) business processes.
3. Managing startup relationships to build long-term partnerships, as well as representing the BSH Startup Kitchen brand internally and externally.
4. Developing the BSH Startup Kitchen strategy, as well as the operational structure and processes, including strategic planning and follow-up.

Your profile

1. Successfully completed university degree with above-average academic performance.
2. More than 2 years of professional experience in a (strategy) consulting firm or an industrial company.
3. Ideally project management, strategy, or innovation experience in previous positions.
4. Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
