How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As our Junior Digital Change Manager, you will play a key role in achieving the Group’s ADVANCE strategy for the Packaged Business, and support the FIT PG, a worldwide initiative on our Cylinder Operations aiming to transform and optimize our cylinder supply chain.
You will work across the Central Europe organization of Industrial & Operations managers (Production managers, Supply Chain, Operations Control, Product managers,...) to:
Prepare our IT-OT infrastructure to digital change: assessing the readiness of our production sites, contributing to gap analysis, support local teams to elaborate and implement action plans.
Prepare digital solutions implementation for the production domain, by analyzing site's specificities, preparing solution & setup, support local roll-out and training of key users for new digital solutions while interfacing with Group Industrial Direction.
After implementation, support in extracting value through the tools usage and measuring performance to continuously adjust settings and improve performance of our resources.
Adhoc support in other industrial transformation projects, best practices identification and preparation for replication (up to execution if possible).
Travel to our sites is expected to understand and have close collaboration with the operations teams, mainly in Germany but also across Central Europe.

Candidate education
Master’s Engineer profile - industrial engineering, chemical engineering, supply chain/production, with some basic knowledge of IT/OT and data analysis, Lean management/5S studies, etc.
Candidate profile
Master's degree in Engineering (industrial engineering, chemical engineering, supply chain/production, with some knowledge of data analysis, lean management/5S, etc.)
Ability to model complex situations and strong analytical thinking and skills.
Some basic experience with data visualization with MS Power BI (other BI systems experience like R, Python, SAP BW etc. would be an asset).
Motivated and self-driven.
Good communicator and team player.
Result-oriented, structured working style, adaptable.
Hands-on mentality.
Appetite for international and cross-cultural environments, curiosity and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of ERP Systems would be an asset.
Expected work experience
1-2 years of work experience if possible.
Languages required
Very good English - mandatory.
French, German (both are an asset but not a must).
This mission is based in Krefeld, Germany for the duration of 12 months, extendable once.

Presentation of the team
You will be part of the Industrial Direction team of 10 colleagues supporting the 7 operational entities of the Central Europe cluster (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey). We are a diverse team decentralized across those countries.
Based in Krefeld, Germany, you will support the Industrial Cylinder Operations Program Manager, alongside 4 other colleagues, on the Packaged Gases activities, interacting with the operational supply chain team of the 7 entities.
