By leveraging our strong brand and customer loyalty, the E-Commerce team for DACH is responsible for driving Dyson’s growth via the online shopping experience.

About the role

As our User Experience (UX) Manager you will:

  1. Develop and execute onsite personalization strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue.
  2. Implement and manage personalized journeys on top EMEA Dyson.com sites using merchandising tools and systems.
  3. Define and standardize scalable personalization processes across multiple markets.
  4. Analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by testing new strategies and scaling successful outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to deliver against an A/B testing roadmap.
  7. Work with creative and brand teams to ensure ecommerce platforms have necessary assets and creatives.
  8. Contribute to future roadmaps and onsite enhancements, ensuring regional needs are represented.
  9. Optimize onsite conversion rates through various tools and techniques.
  10. Stay updated on eCommerce and personalization trends, integrating best practices into strategies.

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

  1. At least four years of experience in optimizing onsite journeys for conversion and revenue.
  2. Hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail, D2C, or sales environment.
  3. Proven ability to work within a global and regional brand structure with detailed creative guidelines.
  4. Proficiency with Adobe tools, especially Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target.
  5. Competence with analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  6. Experience managing and leading teams in a matrixed organizational structure.
  7. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  8. Keen attention to detail, particularly in digital settings.
  9. Proactive and action-oriented mindset, capable of working at pace with a positive attitude.
  10. Fluency in English, with additional EMEA language skills considered beneficial.
