We are seeking a versatile User Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our New Customer Acquisition team and drive our marketing efforts across multiple channels, both online and offline. The role's purpose is to support initiatives outside of traditional online performance marketing channels to help drive new customer growth for Flink. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who thrives managing a wide variety of projects and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. The right candidate will be happy to take on a diverse range of projects and shepherd them from planning to implementation.
Key focus areas will include:
1. Referral Program Management:

4. App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Over-time the specific projects are expected to change over-time based on business needs. The role also offers the autonomy to explore further opportunities to support user growth and jump in on new initiatives at the early stages of conception and guide them through to completion.
