About the Role
As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be a key player in expanding our game's audience. You'll create strategies, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to boost player engagement and grow our audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands the free-to-play model and thrives in the RPG, tactical, or strategy genres.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Lead user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Unity Ads, and more).
2. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging ads that resonate with our target players.
3. Optimize campaigns to ensure efficient use of ad spend, focusing on key metrics like CPI, RPI, and ROAS.
4. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve results.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms and partners.
6. Explore new ad platforms, formats, and targeting strategies to unlock growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

1. 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition or similar, ideally within mobile gaming.
2. Familiarity with the free-to-play model and mobile gaming, especially in tactical or strategy games.
3. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Appsflyer, Singular, or Adjust.
4. Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Unity Ads).
5. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.

Bonus Points If You

1. Have a passion for gaming.
2. Experience working on campaigns for a free-to-play mid- or hardcore game.
3. Know how to optimize creative content for user acquisition.
4. Are familiar with creative testing and ad optimization.
5. Have an interest in Warhammer 40,000 or similar tabletop games.
