YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a consulting arm of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Services (BTS) supports customers in their digital transformation to become intelligent and sustainable enterprises. A key factor for this success is understanding our customers' business and IT-related needs and serving as trusted advisors in their transformation journey.

The global energy sector is undergoing significant changes driven by climate change, sustainability agendas, rapid growth of renewable energies, continuous technological breakthroughs, and geopolitical developments. Most industry players are reshaping their business models and processes to manage this transformation and stay ahead.

You will act as a “trusted advisor” for our global energy customers, collaborating with them to define, implement, and optimize their digital transformation processes worldwide.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Several years of experience as an SAP Business Consultant (m/f/d), with a focus on business processes rather than IT solutions
2. Experience participating in large SAP transformation programs
3. Project management experience in heterogeneous and international environments
4. Knowledge of SAP strategy, current product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, and related solutions), and their impact on business strategies
5. Affinity for IT trends and interest in trends in the energy sector
6. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture projects, SAP-related architecture, and roadmap evaluations
7. Basic knowledge of innovation topics such as Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking, IoT, and Machine Learning
8. Constructive and open communication style as a team player
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
10. Very good German and English language skills
