Your Role:

1. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the heart of creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
2. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to bring innovative user-friendly interfaces to life.
3. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
4. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
5. Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and improve designs.
6. Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
7. Apply A/B testing and data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
8. Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
9. Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
2. Expertise in Figma (or other design tools).
3. Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
4. Strong knowledge of A/B testing & data-driven design.
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS) is a plus.
6. Experience with UX research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
7. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
8. Industry experience in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is a plus.
