How to contribute to our visionFor our Business Unit Service,
Onshore Project Bremerhaven and surroundings we are looking for a Service Technician (f/m/x) for Troubleshooting and Maintenance activities.
These are your main functions:- You will start as a Maintenance Technician/Troubleshooter
- Status and risk reporting to all relevant stakeholders
- Perform scheduled service (500-Hrs, Annual, etc.) procedures on onshore wind turbines without supervision
- Identify and troubleshoot common, recurring and major component faults on electrical and mechanical systems of the onshore turbine where duly trained/certified
- Provide on-job qualification training, evaluating competency and quality for troubleshooting procedures of individuals assigned to them
- Perform unscheduled maintenance jobs
- Develop advanced troubleshooting knowledge and skills on site with competent individuals
- Lead small teams; Accountable for the safety, competency and productivity of Trainees, Maintenance technicians and Contractors assigned to them for maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Keep records, maintain documentation and report technical, safety issues and difficulties to the relevant individuals on site/back office
- Maintain and follow safety procedures as required by company policy
- Participation in call arrangements for remote assistance
What you need to make a difference- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- You are presently working as a Maintenance Technician / Troubleshooter or you have a proven track record of stable experience as such
- You gained a sound working experience within the wind-industry; in the best case in the onshore environment covering all aspects of the commissioning phase and service activities
- You have experience in commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance works
- You have the ability to manage administrative tasks in a structural and self-dependent manner
- You like to work in multinational teams by bringing strong intercultural skills along
- You are able to communicate (speaking and writing) in English
