Travel Intrapreneur (Trekking Tours)

You will collaborate with a young, passionate team of Intrapreneurs, each developing their own brand. You will have the support of the Ventura TRAVEL departments that will help you take your Trekking travel brand to its finest potential. On daily basis, you will

• Support the growth and development of the Ventura Travel Brand for trekking and hiking to make it a success.
• Build up new relationships with local partners in the region where you want to develop trekking tours.
• Design amazing trips that will delight your customers.
• Ensure that the website with the content you provide will show your trips in an inspiring way.
• Work hand in hand with the Ventura Marketing team on a strategic level to ensure we address the right customers.
• Put the traveler into focus and delight them with world-class customer service that actually addresses customer needs.
• Hire and lead a team that will help you achieve all the above and ensure sustainable growth.

• Great passion for organizing trekking and hiking (and mountains!).

• Professional experience needed to succeed with your new brand.
• Proven record of finishing projects successfully.
• Ability to focus on few priorities and to say “no” to things.
• Great communication skills and self-organization skills.
• Good English skills, as it's our company language.
• Fast learner.

• Several years of experience in travel/tour operations.
• Good knowledge in Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Work experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
