Transport Regulatory Solicitor - Top 50 Firm, Hybrid Working, Salary to £75k

Fantastic opportunity for a Regulatory Solicitor to join this Tier 1 listed Legal 500 Transport Regulatory department and work with x2 highly regarded Chambers ranked partners. Ideally, you will have gained at least 2 years' experience within Transport Regulatory and have broad commercial experience across the board; however, this firm isn't closed off to any level of PQE.

The role will primarily focus on offering a broad range of expert advice to organisations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal, environmental, CQC, and other regulatory prosecutions. The department also advises individuals facing possible criminal and professional regulatory sanctions, as well as individuals and organisations requiring advice and representation at inquests.

Your caseload will predominantly focus on HSE and transport regulatory matters, including some of the largest companies operating within the transport and logistics sector.

This role can be based flexibly across their regional offices, and they are keen to find people with existing experience within the Transport Regulatory sector who are well-rounded commercial lawyers looking to deal with quality work and develop their career. They have a flexible working model that allows 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home.

You will be joining as an Associate or Senior Associate with opportunities to progress to Principal Associate, Legal Director & Partner still afforded. The department is spread nationally with almost 15 lawyers and clear progression routes for all.
