Are you a detail-oriented and driven real estate professional, looking to grow your analytical skills in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a skilled Transaction Analyst to join our team in Germany. Based in Frankfurt, you'll work with a diverse team across multiple countries, providing key analytical support for transactions and portfolio management in the German market. You’ll report to the Head of Transactions and the Country Director Germany, playing a vital role in maintaining our position as the market leader in last-mile real estate.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and evaluate real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, to ensure they align with Mileway’s strategic objectives.
• Support the identification and assessment of potential properties and transactions in Germany, contributing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Assist in the execution of deals by coordinating with legal, finance, asset management, and research teams.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, collaborating with external consultants (brokers, legal, and environmental firms).
• Prepare and present transaction reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and data accuracy.
• Provide market and financial analysis to support strategic decisions related to the German portfolio.

What you’ll bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate real estate data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience coordinating due diligence processes and managing relationships with external service providers.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and report preparation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in both German and English.
