Would you like to join an 18 months rotational program within one of the World's largest banks in an exciting, dynamic and international environment?

As part of our rotational program, you will have the opportunity to complete two rotations across two departments within our Global Corporate & Investment Banking Department to help you decide which area you would to specialise in.

What can you expect:

• 5-week onboarding at our EMEA Head office located in London
• 2 x 8-month rotation across 2 departments e.g.
• GCIB Financial Institution Coverage
• GCIB Structured Finance
• 2 x 2 weeks “mini” rotation in a department outside GCIB
• Global banking operations insight
• Intensive skill enhancement trainings enhancing both your hard and soft skills
• Career path identification
• Regional Projects

About you:

• Master’s graduate or to graduate in 2025
• Interested in banking & financial services
• Excited to work in an international environment
• Verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Strong analytical interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus

• Annual Gross salary of € 47.650,-.
• Gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market including bonus payment

Additional information:

The program starts August 1st 2025 at our Frankfurt office, following a 5 week onboarding training starting August 5th 2024 at EMEA headquarters in London.

The role is based in Frankfurt. All candidates need to be willing to relocate to Germany.
