Trainee Supply Chain Management & Logistics (m/f/d) - 01.09.2025

Your new job includes

As a Supply Chain Management & Logistics Trainee, you will lay the foundation for a promising specialist or management career in international travel retail in our 18-month program. You will help us take our state-of-the-art global logistics to the next level. During the program you will:

get to know our business and our excellent global supply chain with state-of-the-art logistics centers
take on early responsibility and own projects in Germany and abroad, e.g. in our logistics centers, at our retail locations or at our international subsidiaries
explore new avenues with us to further optimize our logistics processes
make decisions that drive our business forward and inspire our customers
develop yourself professionally and personally

What you should bring along

Your task is demanding. That's why we are, too, when it comes to selecting applicants. That's why we are looking for:

a university degree in economics with a focus on logistics/supply chain management or industrial engineering
very good knowledge of German and English for advising international customers
at least 6 months of relevant practical experience ideally in logistics or supply chain management through e.g. internships or working student activities
software knowledge, first user skills with SAP and advanced handling of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
intercultural competence, through experience abroad, e.g. internships or semesters abroad
structured thinking, practical problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for technical details
team spirit for an open, appreciative and trusting cooperation
mobility and a high degree of willingness to travel for worldwide assignments
