Your Tasks:

1. Participate in the "Start up!" trainee program, offering 18 months to learn and develop.
2. Engage in five project assignments, starting with Finance & Data Science.
3. Choose subsequent projects across the company after the first assignment.
4. Participate in "Magenta Fridays" for strategic and innovative growth discussions.
5. Complete one (three-month) international assignment of your choice.
6. Gain insights into Deutsche Telekom’s operational business during "Service Days".

Your Profile:

1. Master's degree in IT or engineering focused on finance, or a degree in economics/business administration focused on data science and analytics.
2. Passion for finance and digital transformation.
3. Theoretical and practical experience in data science, especially in time series forecasting and/or Natural Language Processing using Python.
4. At least six months of relevant internship experience, preferably in Agile environments.
5. Strong intercultural skills and international experience.
6. Fluent in English (C1 level) and willing to learn German independently.
