Trainee Finance & Controlling (m/f/d) - 01.09.2025

Your new job includes

As a Finance & Controlling Trainee, you will lay the foundation for a promising specialist or management career in international travel retail in our 18-month program. You will help us make the right decisions and take our business to the next level. During the program you will:

get to know our business from the ground up
sharpen your professional expertise with assignments in the Controlling, Finance and Treasury departments at Headquarters
take on responsibility early on, take on your own projects and take on challenging tasks in Germany and abroad, e.g. at our retail locations or international subsidiaries
advise our management on business cases and proactively contribute your own ideas
develop yourself personally and professionally

What you should bring along

Your task is demanding. That's why we are, too, when it comes to selecting applicants. That's why we are looking for:

a university degree with a background in economics and a focus on finance or controlling
at least 6 months of relevant practical experience, ideally in the area of finance & controlling, e.g. through internships or working student activities
software knowledge, ideally first user knowledge of SAP and advanced handling of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
intercultural competence, through international experience - e.g. internships abroad as well as very good German and English skills
analytical thinking, communicative appearance and persuasiveness
team spirit for an open, appreciative and trusting cooperation
mobility and a high degree of willingness to travel for worldwide assignments
