We're hiring Full-Time German-Speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators in sunny Malta!
Role Overview
- Customer Support (70%): Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (no calls).
- Content Moderation (30%): Review marketplace/app content, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
Responsibilities
- Enforce policies by reviewing images, accounts, and text.
- Provide accurate information and meet support targets.
- Report violations, fraud, and user trends.
- Suggest workflow improvements.
- Participate in training and support different workflows as needed.
Requirements
- C2 German & English level B1 or higher.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- No experience needed; just attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a willingness to learn!
- Shifts: Rotational (07:00-15:30 & 15:30-00:00) | 5 days/week
- Contract: Indefinite
- Health insurance (after 6 months)
- Relocation support: Airport pickup, hotel stay (5-21 days), flight reimbursement (up to 200€ after 6 months)
