Join our exciting 12-month trainee program at Munich Airport International, in which we prepare future aviation consultants with passion and drive. Starting on 1st of April 2025, you'll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Europe's first 5-star airport, gaining hands-on experience across various business units and establish connections with peers and global experts. You will get to know the fascinating overall system of an airport within the scope of our interdisciplinary projects. As a graduate of the program, you will be ideally equipped for your career in our international Aviation business.

• Support in diverse consulting projects on and off campus, providing hands-on experience in diverse cultural contexts and international business environments.
• Dive into the heart of international airport and terminal operations, working alongside experts from around the world to tackle exciting challenges and drive innovation.
• Take part in strategic initiatives that shape the future of Munich Airport International's global expansion, gaining valuable insights into international markets and trends.
• Contribute to dynamic business development tasks, from conducting market analyses to crafting compelling proposals that make a real impact on a global scale.
• Play a key role in innovating our airport operations standards and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in aviation management, engineering, business administration, or economics with global aviation exposure and a passion for aviation and airport operations.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional languages are welcome.
• You are a highly motivated person with a strong analytical mindset and get-things-done attitude with a positive approach.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
• You are flexible regarding travels in and outside Germany for different projects.
• You have a certified clean police record for the airport pass application and police background check.
