Positionsübersicht
The candidate is a highly organized, self-motivating individual with excellent communication skills. The candidate promotes and sells Pure-Flo and EnviZion (PF) products directly in the BioPharm market through distributors, representatives, OEMs, and Engineering Firms (A&E’s). The candidate is a hands-on salesperson who spends most of their time traveling in the region to visit customers, discover new opportunities, and increase sales. They discover new sales opportunities with existing and new customers, coordinate quote activities, and chase orders to maximize product sales.
The candidate develops new OEM accounts that build skids and systems. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for discovering and exploring large CAPEX projects by End-users with the goal of getting ITT valves sold and installed.
The territory will initially cover Benelux, Germany, and Eastern Europe (excluding Poland and Lithuania). Markets and territory may change in the future. The candidate is expected to support other activities in the region when required by the Sales Director EMEA, India & APAC.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business or Marketing, or 7 years of experience in the BioPharm industry. Candidates with at least five years of outside diaphragm valve sales experience in BioPharm are preferred. Candidates with good experience in channel management, other valve types (or related products), and/or other capital equipment will be considered.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. The candidate must be fluent in German and English (verbally and in writing).
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTING SKILLS
Ability to effectively utilize word processing software, spreadsheets, and to navigate and use other custom applications software in a MS Windows environment.
