Technical Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• You will be the key to providing technical advice and support to our international customers in a defined region, driving the expansion of our activities in the confectionery sector as well as in exciting new diversification areas.

• With your expertise, you will actively support our customers in optimizing their process workflows and develop customer-specific formulations and solutions that are implemented globally across departments.

• You will create and manage the necessary documentation, including visit reports, trial protocols, project briefings, global project lists, and customer master sheets, with precision and care.

• Collaborating with our team, you will work on the positioning and design of our products and train customers, agents, and distributors in our technical center as well as at our partners worldwide.

• You will train, steer, and motivate our agents, distributors, and offices abroad in close cooperation with the sales management and represent our company at international trade fairs.

• By working with our partners, you will initiate joint strategic development projects and significantly contribute to the success of our company.

Qualifications:

• You have a degree in food technology or a comparable technical education and bring extensive process knowledge of applications relevant to Capol.

• Your comprehensive knowledge of raw materials in the pharmaceutical, food, and/or confectionery sectors makes you a valuable contact for our customers.

• You are confident in dealing with contacts from different cultural backgrounds and have negotiation-level language skills for the countries you are responsible for, at least in English.

• Your independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working sets you apart.

• You are willing to travel domestically and internationally to support our customers on-site and represent our products worldwide.
