Drive the SPM/CUAS business in the nominated region by strongly cooperating with and supporting the local sales organizations
Forecasting business volume, opportunity and project tracking
Technical consultation in the pre-sales phase with both local sales and customer
Create technical proposals and lead the bid-team
Work closely with the business development; sharing information and capturing market-relevant requirements for the development of future products and system solutions
Transformation of operational requirements into a technical solution and creating concise offer documents
Framing of commercial contract negotiations as well as understanding and evaluating business opportunities and risks including the bidding and pricing strategy
Your qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or similar degree
Relevant working experience in technical sales/sales, account management or business development, preferable in the field of spectrum monitoring and CUAS
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, commercial mindset and passion for driving business success
Ability to collaborate across several teams and various international organizational units
Experience with procurement procedures for public contracts
Willingness to travel internationally as well as intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
Excellent communication and social skills in combination with business fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages are a benefit
