As part of a multinational team, you will help the energy transition to succeed.

Your sunny outlook:

• Technically responsible for assigned solar parks
• Oversee and manage technical operators and maintenance companies
• Conduct monitoring and yield analyses for projects, and create and evaluate technical reports
• Develop and implement technical optimization measures
• Conduct inspections and acceptance of solar plants, and monitor defect rectification
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers, service providers, and authorities
• Review new projects as part of investment decisions

We'll soon get wind of this:

• Degree in Electrical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (ideally in Solar/PV)
• Experience in plant construction and technical management
• Professional experience in technical operations management (preferably in solar parks)
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Conversational English skills; knowledge of other languages (especially French) is a plus
• High degree of initiative, commitment, decision-making ability, and independence
• Structured, conscientious, and team-oriented work style
• Willingness to travel occasionally for inspections and commissioning
